Last year I did something that I never would have guessed I’d have the ovaries to do: I published my first book. It may have been the bravest thing I’ve done so far (next to having kids). Rock climbing is a cake walk compared to digging back into the hardest story I have and sharing it with the world. In writing of No Big Deal, I had the privilege of digging into not only who I am now, but who I was, and who I’ve always been. There were a LOT of revelations and “Ah-ha!” moments. It was grueling, freeing, messy and beautiful. At the end of it, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. So, you should all go out and write a book! Right? In a perfect world where everyone has the time and the finances to sit around a write a book, I might say, yes, YOU SHOULD DO THAT. But here’s the thing, I don’t think you have to write a book to get the same clarity and revelations. The content for the Unstoppable Deep Dive came out of looking back at my life and seeing my strengths more clearly, as well as gaining greater wisdom from the reflection. I’ve taken my journey and translated it into a super simple model from which you can work on YOU.
In this course we will take a close look at all the things that make us Unstoppable humans. We’ll lock arms with a group of deliberate thinkers and get back to the basics of who we are. We’ll remind each other of what we are already doing to live strong, healthy, fulfilling unstoppable lives right now. We’ll dig in and get some fresh ideas on habits we can create (or recreate) to up our game for the future.
How it works:
You’ll download two worksheets a week with some simple introspective questions to ask yourself. After a little rumination on the content, we’ll jump on a live zoom call with me and your fellow unstoppables to discuss and dig in to what came up for you. You can participate as much or as little as you want on the calls. Don’t worry, they’ll be recorded too (so if you can’t make it live, you can watch later).
